Hi,
I am a professional architectural planner, interior and exterior designer, and also a AutoCAD drafter. You can say to me, I am all in one in this design sector.
I have worked in this sector for over 4 years doing many projects. The best part about me is that I can easily understand the project and complete it in a short time. Also, I can change it within a short time too. Because there are some tricks which I know, that make my work very fast.
After completing my studies, I started a job in an interior design firm. Where I have to consult with clients to understand the project perfectly and to give the perfect design to the client’s requirements. I worked for more than 1.5 years with this company. Sometimes I have to manage the full office, maintain the other workers, etc official work. Also, I have to do quotations for any tenders. So I know how to work with a company to ensure its goals.
When the COVID-19 situation came, I worked 6 months from home. But when it comes to bad situations I have to quit this job. From then I started doing freelance work, like architecture floor planning, 3D Floor plans, Electric drawings, plumbing drawings, Structure Drawings, interior design, and exterior design. I have worked with commercial, residential, school, college, madrasa, hospitals, restaurants, etc projects.
My Working Process
Understanding The Project
I think, understanding the project is vital for effective floor planning and ensuring the design meets functional needs and client expectations. It also helps optimize space utilization, adhere to regulations, and maintain budget constraints.
Sketch
A sketch is important for starting a floor plan because it helps you quickly see your ideas and try out different layouts. It also makes it easier to share and discuss your plans with clients and others involved.
Floor Plan
Once I finish the sketches, I create the floor plans and share them with the client for review. This allows the client to provide feedback before we move forward.
Modeling
After finishing the floor plan, I begin creating 3D models for the interior or exterior. This helps visualize the design more clearly and brings the project to life.
Rendering and
Editing
After completing the model on Sketchup, I start rendering on Lumion 10. Then I edit it for the client to make the rendered image or video realistic and aesthetic.
Revision
After I share the image or video with the client, I’m ready to make any changes they want. I do this to make sure the project is just right and that the client is happy with the final result.
Architectural Floor Plan
I create clear architectural floor plans using Revit and AutoCAD. My services include everything from basic floor plans to detailed drawings, helping you bring your ideas to life.
3D Floor Plan
Creating a 3D floor plan is essential for visualizing how a space will look and ensuring the layout is just right. While it can be challenging, I have the expertise to make it easy and effective.
Interior Design
I offer interior design services backed by thorough research. I understand how to create beautiful designs that fit your budget, ensuring you get the perfect look for your project.
Exterior Design
I provide exterior design services following the floor plans. This helps clients visualize how the building will look, making it easier to choose colors and tiles that enhance the overall design.
Landscape or Park Design
I provide landscape design services for gardens or park areas, helping clients visualize their outdoor spaces. This makes it easier to choose plants, colors, and materials that enhance the overall design.
AutoCAD Drafting
As a professional AutoCAD drafter, I can create structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings. I also design landscape and park area layouts to meet your project needs.
